The purpose of this statement is to set out how Gymnastics in Ipswich use and manage personal information that we obtain from you. Online password protected portal.  To enable upload of encrypted data, which contains bank details and transaction value

 

In-active personal data will be electronically retained for 24 months unless you specifically request removal before this timescale. Accident forms will be retained for a period of 3 years from the accident or if under 18 until the person is 21 years old

 

Third party – Gymnastics in Ipswich will not share data with any third-party organisations for their own marketing purposes.

 

Updates to this policy – This policy replaces all previous versions and is correct as of 25th May 2018. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and will keep it up to date on the website.
