Adult Night - Tuesday and Thursday 8.30 to 10.00pm
Adult Night is open to anyone over 16 years of age, a fun and informal session for adults who want to return to Gymnastics or just want to come along for a fun session. Use of all apparatus including sprung Floor Area, Tumble Track, Beams, Bars, Vault, Foam Pits, floor level Trampoline, Rings & Pommel in a safe and controlled environment.
All participants must take part in the warm-up and stretch led by our qualified coaches who will be in attendance throughout the evening to help with technique, advice and support.
Cost £6.50 per session

- All participants should arrive for an 8.30pm start and take part in the warm up
- The Reception desk closes at 8.45pm, if you arrive after this time you will not be able to join in
